ZLW-280L Lock Reproduction Iron Left Hand Pioneer Scene Skeleton Key Lock 2 5/8" Backset
This is a lock that was originally produced and patented on Aug 20th, 1858 by Russell & Erwin. The original antique lock will sell from $600 and up, even with broken and missing pieces. Ours is complete with a natural-colored iron case and working brass parts. The scene depicts a hunter walking in the forest with his dog, knapsack and gun.
Recreated by the lost wax casting method, which is the same method as fine jewelry-making. The picture shows the lock for right-hand doors. This part number is for the left hand lock. The lock for right-hand doors is also available.
Measurements: The case measures 4 1/2" tall by 3 9/16" deep. Catch measures 4 1/2" by 1".
