ANT-1032  Outstanding Signed French Art Deco Embossed Chandelier Bowl by Degue

The quality is superb. This Art Deco motif reminds us of Consolidated Glass Company’s “Ruba Rombic’ glass patterns designed by Reuben Haley. However, since the French were doing Art Deco glassware about 5 years before the American market caught on...we wonder if some design ideas were imported. In any case, this is a truly outstanding French glass bowl signed by Degue as shown.

The metal frame is Nickel plated, over brass, which now uses an American UL approved mounting kit which we will supply.

This light has been totally re-wired in our UL shop. We replaced the French sockets with a new American bakelite cluster for three bulbs. So..you could have up to 300 watts of power lighting this great Art Deco designed...heavily embossed... bowl.

Measurements:  A lovely 14” diameter and 20” tall. The glass bowl itself measures 5 1/2" from top to bottom.  If the height is just a bit tall,  we can shorten the chains for you so you can have a shorter hang height. Just let us know.
