ANT-239 Turn of the Century Unusual Light
For that really special application and sure to get attention.
A turn of the century (circa 1900s) ball chandelier with lots of lovely solid brass decor. We would assume that this is a wonderful entry piece because it has just so much going on. But, of course, it could be used in any room where a definite statement wants to be made. Original curved art glass in two distinct finishes and colors make up the entire ball. Simply a summation of the end of the Victorian era.
Replacing the light bulbs is done by opening the ball for access to the sockets. There are SIX sockets inside with 3 sockets lighting the top half of the ball and 3 sockets lighting the bottom half of the ball. For photography, we used low power bulbs so the camera would not blank out the detail by reacting to a high powered light source.
This light has been totally rewired to UL standards and is ready to hang.Measurements: 55 inches tall but could be shortened by removing some stem elements. The maximum diameter is 14". All mounting hardware will be included.
We suggest using our neat LED bulbs 60-WW-E26 (pictured below) since this chandelier bulb changing might be a nuisance every 1,000 hours AND our LED bulbs last for 30,000 hours. And...we sell it cheaper than Lowes. Our heat sink grid is aluminum...not cheap plastic and quality does make a difference.
