ZE-810C  Lovely R&E Scenic Oriental Door Plate

This may be the finest Aesthetic door plate to have ever been created.  This door plate features a Asian woman dressed in a kimono in a peaceful oriental setting.  The top of the door plate is in the shape of an traditional bamboo tea house. "Chinoiserie", items representing the exotic country of China, was extremely popular with Victorians and Edwardians.
