Keep it simple, keep it basic.  One of our most popular solid brass fixtures, for those that dislike the look of a chain. It's called a schoolhouse light, and you've probably seen these in banks, post offices, schools, and government buildings all your life.

They're terrific in many styles of homes, from Colonial to Contemporary. This one is available in unlacquered polished brass, antique brass, oil rubbed bronze finish, or nickel plated. Let us know if you need a longer rod for high ceilings.

Glass shades are sold separately, or you may have an antique original that you would like to use. Fitter size is 6". We picture a lovely opal glass shade (not clear sprayed with white), our Streamline stepped shade, and our large Streamline Art Deco shade (0677G). We also offer a variety of 6" glass shades to suite this fixture.

Height:  33" from the top of the canopy to the bottom of the fitter. The fixture can be shortened by cutting the brass pipe.
