The turnlatch can be used inside an entry door, to secure the cylinder lock from the inside.  It can also be used with our interior mortise turnlatch locks, for rooms that require more privacy.

Measurements:  7" tall by 2 3/8" wide.  The distance between the middle of the turnlatch spindle to the middle of the doorknob receiver is 2 3/8".

This plate can be used with our 2 1/2" setback entry mortise lock.

On the outside of the front door, you could install our plain matching entry door plate; or choose a fancier outside entry plate, as the Victorians would have done.
