ZE700SET  Antique Recreated R&E Non-Locking Thumblatch Passage Set with 2" Backset

This rare reproduction is the only thumb latch shown in the 1870 Russell & Erwin catalog.

The backplate for the thumblatch features a smiling Victorian woman with a bird on her shoulder.

Very elegantly designed, very faithfully reproduced using lost wax casting like fine jewelry.  Think of it as House Jewelry!

Hand-darkened in our Antique Brass Finish, and lacquered to preserve its tone.

This is an interior non-locking thumblatch mortise passage set.

• One Mortise Passage Latch
