Cancellation
ATTENTION: ALL ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER ONE HOUR AS IT IS BEING PROCESSED!

All returns/exchanges MUST:
         be received by us within 30 days of ship date,
         have a copy of the invoice,
         have a completed copy of our Return Form,
         be in the original packaging and as shipped condition,
         not have been mounted or used.

Special order merchandise, such as items with custom finishes, non-stock items, cut to length items, or special project items are non-returnable.
All light bulbs and tubes, sockets and switches sales are Final.
This does not include sockets and switches that are part of a complete fixture.

Items that have been installed are NOT returnable.

Any items received that do not meet these guidelines
or are received after 30 days from the ship date
will be refused or returned at your expense.

We DO NOT accept COD shipments.
All Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Any claims for missing or incorrect items MUST be made within 30 days.

For items received back within 30 days of the ship date:
     We will refund the returned item(s) minus shipping and handling charges.

Please package the item carefully, as we cannot give credit for products that becomes damaged during the return to us. We strongly recommend using an insured carrier.

Received Damaged Policy

  Inspect your shipments on arrival.
  We ship insured, if shipment arrives damaged contact us immediately.
  DO NOT return item unless instructed to by us.
  Carrier may require inspection of box, packing and product,
DO NOT DISCARD THEM.
  (Note: You must supply photos of box and item damage in order for us to process your claim)
  If instructed by us to return the damaged product, you MUST use prepaid shipping label we will provide. We do not reimburse shipping costs!
