Returns/Exchanges/Cancellation Policy Cancellation
All returns/exchanges MUST: Please package the item carefully, as we cannot give credit for products that becomes damaged during the return to us. We strongly recommend using an insured carrier. For items received back within 30 days of the ship date:We will refund the returned item(s) minus and shipping and handling charges. All Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
Any items received that do not meet these guidelines Received Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Item Policy We ship insured, if shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts you must contact us within 15 days of the ship date. Any claims for missing or incorrect items MUST be made within 15 days of the ship date. Any claims after 15 days will not be accepted DO NOT return item unless instructed to by us. Carrier may require inspection of box, packing and product, DO NOT DISCARD THEM. (Note: You must supply photos of box and item damage in order for us to process your claim) If instructed by us to return the damaged product, you MUST use prepaid shipping label we will provide. We do not reimburse shipping costs! Note: Our finishes are hand applied, variation are unavoidable. Our finishes are applied to the surface and are not intended or expected to withstand repeated, heavy, or abusive use. Doing so may damage or remove the finish.
