Left hand 1/2" offset latch and catch.  Overall length of the handle and base measures 4 3/8".

Handle extends 2 1/8" past the base; the size of the handle base is 1 1/8" wide x 2 1/4" tall.  Catch base is 7/8" wide by 2 1/4" tall.  The catch supplied with this will normally fit offsets 3/8" to 1/2".

Do NOT try to use Hoosier latches on iceboxes.

We suggest that you install the handle first, then slide the catch up the jam until the lock bar of the latch fits snugly into the recess of the catch.  Fasten the catch down in this position.  This is the correct position for the offset of your cabinet.
