ZLW-110 Reproduction Mallory & Wheeler Victorian Rim Lock 2 1/2" Backset in Polished Unlacquered Brass
ZLW-DK110 Victorian Rim Lock in Antique Brass Finish
ZLW-OB110 Victorian Rim Lock in Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish
The best recreated Victorian style door rim lock in America. This rim lock was made by Mallory & Wheeler, and was patented in 1873. We have reproduced it right down to the patent date (visible in the picture) and the Mallory & Wheeler signature on the other side. Every part of this lock is either precision cast or heavy wrought brass. This lock has been produced to perfection.
The lock is fully reversible so that this lock can be used for all doors. This lock has a passage turn latch with a star broach, a locking key bolt that works from either side of the door, and a manual privacy bolt (operable from only inside the room and independent of the key.)
Choose from polished, unlacquered brass which will age beautifully over time, or our hand-darkened antique brass finish, or our new very dark oil rubbed bronze finish.
The distance from the center of the doorknob receiver to the center of the key bit is 2 3/4".

We offer the additional following styles of door plates to fit the other side of this lock: L-15 , L-18 , L-24, L-49 , & L-80. Use the drop down menu for each style to see the rim lock option price.
