ZLW-DK106SH Victorian Reproduction Door Plate in Antique Brass Finish

Very nice "Louis" styled backplate for a more formal appearance. Finely Lost Wax cast in solid brass. Reminds one of the palaces in France.

Mount ZLW-105KL , our French Lever ornate handle.....wow! Napoleon wouldbe proud. An urn shape tops the backplate, with laurel wreaths, andpediment shape below. There is a swinging keyhole cover low on the backplate, since we duplicated this product exactly as found. We did not create the second keyhole, below however, because the function of the hidden keyhole was a "servant's key"!

Use the spring helper backplate any time your doorknob or lever handle needs to return to its original position, such as the decorative lion doorknob ; or with a heavy French lever .

Measurements: 10 1/2" tall x 2" wide; 2 1/4" c/c of spindle & keyhole round bit.
