Unusual deadbolt mortise lock with a keyhole.  First, the top of the plate has been trimmed to allow it to fit closer to the door opener.&nbs; Second, it does have the standard 2 3/8" set back like our L-6.  This means that you could use this deadbolt with L-6 and they would be "in-line" with each other.

Using both L-6 with L-74 is great for antique plates with doorknob centers to keyhole that are non-standard.  The minimum center to center distance from the knob to the round bit of the keyhole is 3 3/4".

**For security reasons these are not skeleton keys and each set of keys is different.

Case Measurements:  2 3/4" tall; 3" deep; 1/2" thick.

Faceplate Measurements:  4 1/4" tall; 1" wide.

Catch Plate Measurements:  3 3/8" tall; 1" wide.
