What a nice turn of the century pair of sconces this is!
Those original antique shades are simply works of art by themselves. The shades were pressed into a mold for the pattern. Then the ruby tipped edges were then applied. Amber and Ruby glass are very attractive.
The backplates are pewter finish and have a switch installed at the very bottom which was re-newed when the sconces were re-wired with new sockets and wiring.
