Antique Art Deco Slip Shade Light Lincoln Triangle Pendant (ANT-1106)

ANT-1106  Antique Art Deco Slip Shade Light Lincoln Triangle Pendant

Very impressive two light pendant, Circa 1935, made by Lincoln Lighting Products of Detroit, Michigan. This light came from a series that was called the Triangle Line. Perhaps the name referred to the case design since the shade does not show any triangles.

The light is attractive and a working two light fixture which can be difficult to find.

The finish of the light is very good being self colored aluminum with a nice dark line in the cracks accenting the design of the light.

The Detail of the carved shades in this pendant is simply outstanding. These carved amber shades are simply remarkable for color and design and condition. Orange/amber is normally preferred when collecting art deco lighting...and you really have to go some distance to find nicer deeply carved amber shades than these.

Measurements:  This fixture measures 23 inches tall from the ceiling to the bottom of the finial and has a width of 12 1/2 inches. The ceiling canopy has a diameter of 5 1/2 inches. We will supply the bracket (crossbar) for this light so literally, you can hang this light and have it working minutes after receiving it.

A rewired, authentic two light art deco pendant. Ready to hang.

There was an old padding layer between the fitment of the shades—into the frame. It was old and flaking off, so, we removed it and substituted black tape as padding between the shade and frame. This could be any material if the black is not a color of choice. It is hardly seen but we mention it. We even tried the shades, into the frame, without it...works...but they do hang down a bit. It is a matter of personal preference as the whether or not...and how much...and what material.

This light has been rewired in our UL listed shoop, and, still has the ambiance of a 1930s light. New sockets, with new central lead wire, were installed. Each socket is capable of a 100 watt bulb, or purchase our optional LED bulbs to maximize your energy savings. Makes running this ceiling light all night long, perhaps as a nite lite, very economical indeed and cool to the shade as well.

Price:  $ 750.00 complete with shades plus shipping charges.
