ANT-1293  Pair of Very Impressive Large Sconces

While these sconces are not terribly old, say 1960-plus, they really are top quality.

The quality of these sconces is really quite amazing. The castings are so VERY crisp you can tell that they were accomplished with the best of molding sands...in solid brass/bronze. The “egg & dart” pattern is just lovely. The long reeded stem is either a lovely walnut or teak...hard to tell...but they are beautiful.

The shade is opal in a Victorian pattern.

The mounting of these sconces is by those two decorative finials, on the backplate, to a normal UL required electrical box with a universal crossbar which we will supply.

Measurements: These impressive antique wall statements are 24” tall. They are also 9” wide (shade) and will project into the room 13 1/2". The backplate has a diameter of 4 5/8”.

We think these are an excellent choice for an area needing a significant pair of sconces.
