Victorian style acanthus design doorset.  The acanthus design was used on ancient Greek and Roman buildings, and has had multiple revivals throughout history, most recently during the Victorian era.  The acanthus plant and its motif symbolize enduring life or immortality.

This is an interior mortise passage set which locks from both sides using a skeleton key.

Each Set Includes:

• 2 Doorplates with Knob & Keyhole Function
• 2 Doorknobs with the Connecting Spindle
• 1 Mortise Lock with 2 Skeleton Keys (choice of 2 ¼" or 2 ⁵⁄₈" backset)

• Doorknobs:  2 ¾" tall x 1 ¾" wide; projects 2 ¼".

    • Faceplate:  1" wide x 6" tall; ³⁄₁₆" thick.
