565-ES Impressive Large Theater/Commercial Art Deco Sconce
The original inspiration is Circa 1930s. This sconce is one of a kind since we designed and have copyrighted it. It’s design has been inspired from many aspects of the Art Deco era in co-operation with the only Art Deco Lighting Museum in America.....ours.
It’s elements simply reek of the Up-scale Art Deco era in both design and scale. There is no doubt where this outstanding sconce belongs in a decorative scheme. It is meant to be an immediate and lasting impression.
The metals of the sconce have been cast by the lost wax method from various white metals and the finish is just like the Deco era.
The Shades are true leaded opal glass with metal ribs and are removable for transportation.
Measurements: 23” wide from shade tip to shade tip. The overall height is a generous 26”. The fixture projects from the wall 9”.
The leaded shade itself measures: 10 1/2” tall by 8” max width.
Electrical: UL approved it has an E-26 socket for each shade. (normal medium base socket). However...we will also supply a reduction insert which can change the normal medium base socket to a chandelier base socket and we will supply the long LED tube shown. This combination, of medium base with adapter, allows you to choose many different types of bulbs since you can choose either type. We can also install a GU10 socket if local green-energy requires a non-screw-in type bulb. Lots of choices are available.
All mounting hardware will be supplied since it mounts with one center mounting screw as shown.
