Beautiful Yale Pattern of the Rococo Revival Victorian era, paired with well-detailed Gothic doorknobs.  Solid yellow brass with fine details retained through lost wax casting.

This interior privacy set locks from one side using a turnlatch.  This set is ideal for those who don't want to mortise out a door for a full mortise box.  Instead, this set comes with a tubular passage latch and a tubular deadbolt.

This complete door set is available in Polished Unlacquered Brass, or hand-finished in our Antique Brass Finish {Pictured}.  Also available in our matte black Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish.

The Set Includes:

• One Door Plate with Lower Knob Only Function
• One Door Plate with Knob and Turnlatch Function
• Two Doorknobs with the Connecting Spindle
• One Tubular Passage Latch
• One Tubular Deadbolt Latch
• One Catchplate for Both Deadbolt and Passage Latch

Measurements:

• Door Plates:  3 ³⁄₈" wide by 12 ½" tall.
• Doorknobs:  2 ¼" diameter.  Each projects 2 ¼".
• Passage Latch:
  • Face Plate:  1" wide x 2 ¼" tall.
  • Backset:  2 ³⁄₈"
  • Latch can be installed by drilling a 7/8" hole, then recessing the wood for the latch face.
• Tubular Deadbolt:
  • Face Plate:  1 ¹⁄₁₆" wide x 2 ¼" tall.
  • Case Length:  3 ¼" overall.
  • Backset:  2 ³⁄₈"
• Catchplate:  4 ½" tall x 1" wide (minus tongue).
