Early Art Deco Ceiling Three Shade Chandelier (Circa 1910-30) (ANT-1165)

ANT-1165  Early Art Deco Ceiling Three Shade Chandelier (Circa 1910-30)

The design of the metal casting is so very iconic for Art Deco. While it is not a later slip shade chandelier...it does give a total angular Deco feel.

The shape of the angular fitters so matches the same angularity of the shades with the ribbed panel of the shades matching the sub-fitter as well. What a nice combo.

Totally re-wired with new sockets and wire to UL standards, in our UL shop, and is now ready to install. We will supply the complete mounting kit.

The amber shades are so different and interesting and are near perfect condition.

The only down thing is an original “Mold Mark” left by the 100 year old sand casting dept when originally cast. This Mold Mark is extra material...because the original sand cast mold...when sitting on the casting floor waiting to be poured...simply dried out and a parting of the “mold” occurred which the iron flowed into and made the mark. Too much trouble...I guess...to grind off smoothly..so...they left it.

It is an antique...and our forefathers did not always make perfect. Human after all. If it bothers ...we understand...but antiquers sometimes like that hand-made human touch.

Measurements: The Overall diameter, from shade tip to shade tip, is 14”. Height is only 18 1/2”.

Price: $650.00 ... plus careful packaging and shipping
