ANT -826  Edwardian or Early Art Deco Brass Polychrome Pendant Light Circa 1920 - Vintage Rewired Lighting

Edwardian brass & polychrome heraldic style hall light...circa 1920.  This early Art Deco hall light is majestic with its heraldic elements and bearing.  Nicely shaped for an entry hall light that will definitely get some attention.

The decor of this hall light is different indeed.  It is in remarkable...original finish...condition. Original polychrome elements, with some brass for contrast.  All original, as is the shade.  A nice presentation.

One flaw is the mounting tube.  Our guess is that this pendant was moved a few times, and someone was rather heavy-handed with the screwdriver.  They tightened that canopy set screw down with great gusto, leaving dents in the tube (shown).  It's only on one side...but it's there and we show it.  It is an antique, after all...but still worth noting.
